高端烤箱控制系统优特点说明

硬件配置：工控电脑+PLC

软件配置：Win10系统，本机控制系统采用图形化用户界面

1.操作权限分配：

1. Operation authority allocation:
（1）给每个管理者、工程师、操作员独立用户名和密码；

(1) Give each manager, engineer and operator an independent user name and password;

（2）由高级用户给每个操作者，自定义分配权限（如：启动，停止，调取工艺，调试，查看报表……）

(2) Each operator is assigned custom permissions by the advanced user (e.g. start, stop, fetch process, debug, view report...)
（3）系统会实时记录当前操作者的所有操作记录；

(3) The system will record all operation records of the current operator in real time;
2.两种烤箱运行和操作模式：

（1）本地模式Local

(1) Local mode

由高级权限用户在本机创建工艺Recipe，操作员选择工艺Recipe、执行Recipe；

The process recipe is created locally by the user with advanced authority, and the operator selects the process recipe and executes the recipe;
（2）远程模式Remote

操作员扫描产品信息，烤箱系统传送指令给客户服务器，服务器发送运行工艺Recipe指令。

The operator scans the product information, the oven system sends instructions to the client server, and the server sends the operation process recipe instruction.
烤箱自动应答服务器给出的询问指令（温度，含氧量，氮气流量等），上报错误和报警信息。

The oven automatically responds to the query instructions (temperature, oxygen content, nitrogen flow, etc.) given by the server and reports error and alarm information.

可联机的环境支持：MES, SECS/GEM    (其他系统，可沟通开发)

3.历史数据和报警数据信息的记录

（1）运行工艺Recipe的时间记录；

（3）各种事件记录（开/关门事件、运行/停止事件、报警事件、故障事件）
